Sharing the healing qualities of plants and trees
Working in partnership with plants and trees and introducing more people to their healing qualities has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I started making essences in 2012 for Delta Gardens, a flower essence company in New Hampshire founded by David Dalton in the 1980s. David and I have created many flower, gem, and environmental essences together, all of which are available at Delta Gardens.
Elm Essences
In 2020, I made my first tree essence on a remote beach in Massachusetts. The experience was so profound that it drew me into a years-long passion project of creating over 70 essences from the flowers and pollen cones of deciduous and evergreen trees in New England. 36 of these essences are now available through my own essence line, Elm Essences.
